Chris joined the Players in 2006, having had a brief brush with amateur dramatics in the 1970s. He started by helping with lights and sound, initially on Sefton Parke’s outdoor Shakespeare touring productions, but not knowing a Parcan from a jerrycan decided to have another crack at acting. He made his stage debut for the Players in the 2007 pantomime Sleeping Beauty and has appeared in a number of productions since. He was elected to the committee in 2010.
